This motel is acceptable as a low budget place to stay but could certainly stand some improvements. The WiFi is slow and the rooms are not deluxe. It is convenient to the town of Horseheads and the interstate.

Definitely no pool or a room service lol! The sheets were clean but the bed an pillows were super uncomfortable, bed cover stained. Lots of dust, bathroom was filthy, i mean toilet seat had yellow dirt underneath from previous occupants using it, bath had builded dirt from the times being used and not cleaned. Pubic hairs at the toilet seat and bath, mirror- could barely see myself. Stayed there for two nights cause it was super cheap, but i guess with a reason! Never ever make my mistake to book a hotel without checking the reviews! I was on a hurry, but still! I was the only guest at the whole hotel! THE ONLY ONE! Wonder why! Place is kinda sketchy and as a solo traveler i was not scared, but on my toes all of the time. Receptionist lady was nice, but next morning after check in walked by my room randomly looking true my window at least 5 times. I don’t think there is breakfast, at least they didn’t make the effort for just me at the entire place. I wouldn’t eat there anyways, after the condition of the room. Stains on the chairs, room looked like it wasn’t renovate or deep cleaned ever! Sheets were fine, tv worked good. Never again tho!

Stayed at this hotel for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. No breakfast or coffee was available, as advertised. Office door was locked as of 8:00 a.m. Phone did not work, hair dryer was missing, no shampoo or other traditional amenities supplied, towels were replaced on second day, but wash cloths were taken and not replaced (I substituted a hand towel for a wash cloth); the bed was not changed and/or made on the second day. Will never stay here again. This hotel gives Wyndham a bad name.

Poor wi-fi. Room was smelly though claimed to be non-smoking. Bedsheets & towels were old & torn. Breakfast included but pathetic with only cereal with limited supply of milk & some buns. No toiletries.

The place is dirty and stinks Lots of dust on the furnitures and we even found socks of the previous resident. There were lots of mosqitoes and other flying bugs in the room The beds were not comfortable at all - too soft The house keeper was nice NOT RECOMMANDED AT ALL.
